“Our build with Vantage has been seamless from meeting Nicci, Sales Manager who was so personal and really worked with us including all the changes we made, nothing was too much trouble. Our colour consult with Suriya was awesome, really enjoyed the experience and we left with a beautifully packaged box of samples. Bonus that it was local to our build and didn't have to travel far! Chris our building supervisor is a Top Man he's very experienced, really approachable, great communication. We are so impressed with our build. This is our first time building and we heard horror stories from friends who used large scale builders, and have to say we hit the Jackpot with Vantage everything has been so personal, which means they really do care and that's important to us. “Vantage Building Group – Great Quality and Value for Money! Having just completed the 3. Vantage home over the last 3 years here at the Sunshine Coast, my family is about to build our 4. Vantage Building Group home. Vantage Building Group has been a dream to build with, offering interesting floor plans, generous inclusions, reasonably priced upgrades, high quality standards and finishes alongside excellent advice and guidance right through the building process. Every visitor coming to one of these houses has commented on the clever layout and the quality work and finishes. Nicci Hourn, the sales manager, is very approachable and highly talented. Nicci does wonders combining your ideas and budget with the requirements of the estate and your particular block. For us, Nicci's recommendations have achieved very satisfying results. The site supervisors (our most recent site supervisors were Ben Underwood and Chris Mosterd) were very friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to go out of their ways to be helpful. As an extra bonus, the team of expert trades people managed to complete each house several weeks ahead of schedule. Vantage Building Group uses an outside assessor for “defect hunting” at the time of practical completion. These “Sherlock Holmes” guys with their magnifying glasses are extremely strict and are marking the smallest of painting imperfections or scratches etc. due for rectification before re-inspection at the time of the house handover. At handover, these assessors have commented to me on the high-quality workmanship of our houses. Apart from a couple of tiny defects, which were readily eliminated, we did not experience any problems with any of the 3 houses. Instead, we were handed wonderful living spaces for family members to move into. Thank you, Vantage Building Group teams – we will be back!”

The pre-build process is also better than most other builders we have used. Loads of flexibly within house design and inclusions. “Our experience from start to finish with Vantage Building Group has been seamless. Nicci and the team on the Sunshine Coast helped us choose the best plan for our block and tweaked the layout to our specific needs and requirements. It was very impressive considering the pressure of our tight timeframe. The colour selection process was simple and stress free. Suriya’s suggestions and advice was so helpful, and any upgrades were clearly explained and quoted before we made our final decisions. The reasonable prices for upgrades were a bonus we were not expecting! Now we are enjoying living in our home and we often discuss how grateful we are for her guidance. The build process was so much easier than we could have imagined. Ben and his construction team did an amazing job. His communication and time management were excellent. Ben genuinely cared and went above and beyond to ensure an amazing finish. We really didn’t have that many defects at the end of the build because Bens’s attention to detail throughout meant any issues were rectified immediately. Family and friends always comment on the quality of the workmanship and we wish we could accept the compliments for the clever little extras that Nicci, Ben and Suriya suggested. Neighbours have approached us to share how impressed they were with the speed of the build, cleanliness of our site and professionalism of the trades. There were multiple homes being built in our street at the time and these things didn’t go unnoticed. We are hoping this is our forever home BUT if we ever decide to build again, we will be back.”
