Our newest display homes at Aura on the Sunshine Coast mark a shift in how we approach design. Still grounded in everything Vantage is known for - smart layouts, practical living and real value - but with a fresh, elevated take on style, form and detail.

These homes have been designed to feel different the moment you walk in. Softer lines. More considered spaces. A stronger focus on how people actually live day to day. It’s a step forward in design, without losing what matters.

Across all three display homes, the focus was simple - create spaces that feel natural, functional and genuinely enjoyable to live in.

The George - A Fresh Take on a Favourite

The George is a design many of our customers already love, but this version takes it to another level.

It’s been reworked with a stronger focus on how people gather, connect and spend time at home. At the centre of it all is the kitchen - a true focal point, anchored by a large island and supported by a walk-in pantry, designed for everyday living as much as entertaining.

The open-plan layout brings everything together, creating a natural flow between kitchen, dining and living that feels easy and considered. It’s the kind of space where everything just works, whether it’s a busy weekday or a full house on the weekend.

The styling is where this home really stands out. Clean, warm and right on trend, it’s layered in a way that feels elevated without trying too hard. If the façade draws you in, the interior is what makes it stick.

The Cashlin Terrace - Proven, Refined, Still a Standout

The Cashlin has been one of our most popular terrace designs for good reason, and this latest version builds on everything people already love about it.

It delivers the feel of a full home in a low-maintenance format, with a layout that’s simple, efficient and easy to live in. Open-plan living connects seamlessly to the courtyard, creating a space that feels open, functional and perfect for everyday use or entertaining.

This version leans into a more playful, on-trend aesthetic, with lighter finishes and subtle moments of personality throughout. It feels fresh, modern and a little different to what you might expect, while still keeping the practicality that makes the Cashlin such a standout.

The Vinto Terrace - Small Footprint, Big Impact

The Vinto is something completely new.

This bespoke 2-bedroom terrace has been created to push the boundaries of architectural design and style, showing just how impactful a well-designed home can be, regardless of size.

Curved architectural features soften the spaces and create a striking point of difference, while the layout maximises light, usability and flexibility. It’s modern, efficient and genuinely impressive in person.

This home is a clear reflection of where design is heading - more intentional, more refined and focused on how people live.
