One month back and we’ve hit the ground running

One month back and we’ve hit the ground running.

It’s been a big start to the year across our commercial projects, with major milestones happening right now.

Here’s a snapshot of what’s happening on site:

Plantation Retirement Resort | Maroochydore

Working towards the finish line. Hoist removal is scheduled for next week, followed by the major milestone of tower crane removal. Pool works are ongoing and already looking very inviting, while external civil works continue across the site.

Project completion is tracking for late May.

Ascend Apartments | Kings Beach

We’re in the final stretch. Purchaser inspections are taking place this week, with practical completion targeted by the end of the month.

Final detailing is being wrapped up across the building, with the external areas and pool zone now complete. The interiors are looking outstanding, and we’re getting ready to reveal the finished project and welcome new residents to Kings Beach very soon.

Plantation Retirement | Baringa – Stage 2

Works are progressing well on site, with establishment now complete and excavation works finished. The tower crane has been successfully erected, marking a major milestone for the project. In-ground services have been completed to the ground floor units, with services now underway to the car park. Footings and columns have also commenced to the car park, as construction continues to move forward on schedule.

Aurelle Terraces | Aura

Our latest sold-out terrace development is officially underway, with early works now commenced on site.

An exciting milestone as this new community begins to take shape.

Solara Apartments | Kings Beach

Momentum is building on site.

Piling is on track to be completed by the end of next week, followed by installation of the capping beam and bracing. Bulk excavation is planned to commence next month as the project continues to move through key early-stage milestones.
