The Sunshine Coast Falcons are a semi-professional rugby league club, with their top team competing in the Hostplus Cup - Queensland’s highest level of rugby league. They are newly affiliated with the Brisbane Broncos for 2026 and 2027, an exciting opportunity for the successful Sunshine Coast club.

The Sunshine Coast Lightning are a professional netball team founded on the Sunshine Coast in 2016. In just their first two seasons, they went on to win back-to-back Suncorp Super Netball Premierships in 2017 and 2018 - an incredible achievement for such a new club.

This partnership reflects our commitment to fostering local talent and contributing to the growth and success of the Sunshine Coast through the power of sport. It’s always great to see the positive impact this collaboration has on both the team and our wider Sunshine Coast community.
