A great example is one of our most-loved former Sunshine Coast display homes, the Cotton Tree.

Designed for modern family living, the Cotton Tree brought together a spacious galley kitchen with open-plan living, dining and alfresco areas. Rather than treating each room separately, the layout was designed around the way people actually use their home – cooking, entertaining, relaxing and spending time together.

It also included practical details such as a cleverly positioned laundry with direct garage access, alongside a generous master suite with double vanity and walk-in shower.

These are the kinds of decisions worth thinking about early. A home shouldn't just look good on a floor plan; it needs to make everyday life easier.

Find the Right Land and the Right Home – Together

If you haven't purchased land yet, you don't necessarily need to find a block before you start looking at homes.

In fact, considering the home and land together can help you make a much better decision.

The open-plan kitchen, living and alfresco connection, practical storage, generous master suite and simple, considered finishes are just as relevant today. Great design doesn't need to rely on trends. It should feel good to live in.
