Wrapping up one of our most successful years to date
It has been a huge year for Vantage Building Group across every part of our business and one we are incredibly proud to reflect on. From major commercial milestones to hundreds of new homeowners receiving their keys, this year has showcased the strength of our team, our partnerships and our commitment to delivering quality projects across Southeast Queensland.

Major milestones in commercial construction
Our Commercial division made outstanding progress throughout the year, with significant achievements across five large-scale projects running concurrently.
We were thrilled to complete two major developments:
- Stage 1 of Plantation Retirement Resort, Baringa
- Serenity on Second, a landmark apartment complex in Cotton Tree
Serenity on Second stands as one of the largest apartment projects we have delivered to date, comprising 54 apartments across six levels, and is a project the entire team is extremely proud of.
Strong progress also continued at Plantation Retirement Resort Maroochydore and Ascend Apartments, Caloundra. A major milestone at Plantation Maroochydore was the pour of our largest slab to date, totalling 703m² and requiring two concrete pumps to complete.
Ascend Apartments is now nearing completion, with practical completion anticipated for February. New homeowners will soon be preparing to move into their brand-new apartments.

Strengthening partnerships and future projects
This year also saw us appointed as builder for Solara Apartments, a boutique collection of 23 apartments and sky homes at Kings Beach. This marks our second Kings Beach project with Citimax Property Group, continuing a strong and successful working relationship built on trust and proven results.
Demolition at Solara is now complete, with the piling platform currently being established as the project moves into its next phase.

Growth in residential construction and developments
On the residential front, our team delivered more than 170 homes across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and the Moreton Bay region. It has been incredibly rewarding to welcome so many new homeowners into their completed homes.
Demand for our house and land packages remained exceptionally strong, with multiple releases selling out in record time. The ongoing demand reinforces the importance of affordability paired with quality, which continues to be a core focus at Vantage.
We also marked the completion of the final terrace stage at Carseldine Village Stage 4,celebrating the delivery of the entire project in partnership with Economic Development Queensland (EDQ). Each home within the development was delivered as a net zero energy, emission-free freehold terrace home, representing a significant achievement in sustainable residential construction.
Looking ahead, work has commenced on our latest development, Aurelle Terraces in Nirimba, with earthworks now underway for the 24-home project. We also launched expressions of interest for Woombye Central Terraces, generating strong early interest.

Giving back to our community
Community involvement continues to be a big part of who we are at Vantage. This year, we proudly supported local sport and community organisations, including our 11thyear as major sponsors of the Sunshine Coast Falcons and our second year partnering with Sunshine Coast Lightning.
Giving back, showing up and supporting the communities we build in remains a core value of our business.

Looking into 2026
As we head into the new year, we carry this momentum forward. The quality of our work, the strength of our partnerships and the culture we continue to build as a team are things we are all proud of.
